I am trying to add citations to my document and have only newly started having the above error message when using the google docs plug in. My zotero account and my google account are registered with the same email, and I have editing permission as i am the document owner.

I have tried restarting my browser, using both chrome and safari, and deleting and re-installing the browser extension, all to no avail. I've also removed some other unnecessary browser extensions.

I'd be very grateful if you could provide some advice.
