Upgrade StorageBug: arxiv.org -- automatic tags are added incorrectly
When capturing from arxiv.org, tags are added incorrectly. All tags are concatenated to one huge string, e.g. "Quantitative Biology - Populations and EvolutionQuantitative Biology - Quantitative Methods" is the name of one single tag.
