Removing tile markdown when renaming using ZotFile

Hi all,

I want to use ZotFile to automatically rename PDF also using the title field (%t), however markdown operators such as _{or are not removed
(es. "CO₂" becomes "COsub2-sub").
is there a way to filter them out?
