Please add a style for the journal, China Quarterly. I tried "search by example" to find something similar, and nothing turned up.

References should be placed in the footnotes in the author/date format, and in full in the References section at the end of the article.

The "Search by Example" tool certainly works, but I understand that users never get how to use it for note styles.
