Sync failed (Failed API response :An SSL error has occured and a secure connection to the sever cannot be made.)

I uploaded a PDF file in Web Libraray, I can open the file in my computer, but I can't download the PDF file in my ipad. Please help me to see how to solve this problem, thanks!

    An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.
    Something is blocking your connection to Amazon cloud servers (Amazon S3). Try from a different network. This isn't a problem in Zotero.

    I changed my iPad's network to my iPhone hotspot and that solved the problem. Thanks!
