Zotero 7 Beta: Crossed out text is missing second ~ in Markdown

When a crossed out text from a note is copied and pasted in a Markdown compatible editor, then only one ~ is present around the copied text, although two ~ should surround the text to be properly rendered as crossed out text in Markdown, see f.i. https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/writing-on-github/getting-started-with-writing-and-formatting-on-github/basic-writing-and-formatting-syntax#styling-text

Happens on Zotero 7.0.0-beta.38+b79e0b3d7 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 23.04.
