Zotero is freezing on refreshing Google Docs

Everything was working fine when adding citations from Zotero into my Google Doc. I switched locations to another coffee shop and the freezing has occurred. I've updated Chrome and restarted it, I uninstalled Zotero on my Mac and reinstalled. I'm not sure what else to try

Restart both Chrome and Zotero. After initiating a Zotero command from Google Docs, make sure you look through open Zotero windows and see if a citation dialog had opened, but didn't appear on top of other windows. If it still occurs, explain in detail what's happening.

I'm back at the original location and I think it is because of the school email login. As soon as I tried to cite from zotero in my G doc, I separate window popped up for me to click or verify my google address. I clicked the correct email and was good from there. I don't recall getting the separate window this morning and I don't know if there is a way to force that window if it happens again. It could be related to Zotero or a way that the zotero plug-in verifies. I'm not sure at all. Thank you for this fix.

If you are logged in with multiple Google accounts, Zotero will prompt you to choose which account you want to use on browser restart. Although if you had selected the wrong account, you should have got an error message, and not "freezing". Either way, happy to know you managed to resolve it.
