Critical bug: zotero 7 multi-device sync

edited August 30, 2023
When a file is deleted on one device and there is a conflict with another device, the conflict selection box pops up with an abnormal resolution and exceeds the display range of the screen. I'm using a 24-inch 1080p monitor that doesn't have a scroll bar to drag to the confirmation button below, and I can't select it by pressing enter. The conflicting file is a paper with a lot of entry information, resulting in an out-of-display. I recommend putting the button to select a conflict resolution at the top, or adding scroll bars, or modifying the resolution adaptation. Or the information of the document can be collapsed. This bug caused Zotero to not work properly on another device in case of file conflicts
  • I can reproduce Enter (and Tab) not working, but for the window-size issue, can you take a screenshot and either upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and provide a link here or email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
  • Sorry, I can't upload the relevant picture, because I have solved this problem, and it is troublesome to reproduce it, but the way I solved it is to change the display direction of the monitor to portrait, so that I can click the confirm button in the conflict solution option.

The problem is that the selection window for conflict resolution will go beyond the boundaries of the 1080p display, and the confirmation button at the bottom cannot be seen, making it impossible to operate.

My suggestion is to add mouse resize to this window, or reduce the entry information displayed
