Cannot export bibliography from my citation list

First, the only way i can select from my citation list is through Command + click, in other words there are no check boxes anywhere. When i highlight the citations, the only export options are for Bibtex, CSV, Refworks, etc. “Create Bibliography from Selected Item(s)…” is not an option. The keyboard command shortcut does nothing! I've contacted my university for help and they are so far stumped. I'm the Zotero desktop site using a Mac using Ventura 13.4.1.

Which Zotero version and do you have any add-ons installed? If so, try disabling them (for testing)

Hi. thanks for the reply. Yes add-ons/extensions are disabled. Zotero version is 6.0.26 and a new install was done this morning.

Could we get
a) an error report ID after opening the right-click menu
b) a screenshot of the right-click menu (you may have to use the delay option of your screenshot tool), uploaded to any image hosting site (imgur.com, Dropbox, Google Drive etc.) and linked to from here (if you use Google, make sure to set the file to Anyone can View)

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. I had to find a workaround to get the references list done. Here's what we found out. Using the zotero website, the bibliography options are not available. So I exported the citation list from my weblibrary and then uploaded that file into the desktop app.

No error report appears after opening the right-click menu. I have a screenshot of the r-c menu uploaded at

That screenshot shows a right-click in the web library, not a righ-click on an item in Zotero Desktop. I assume using the web library was the issue all along? Though the bibliography options *are* avaible there: the Create Bibliography icon is two to the right of the Export icon.
