moving item across my library and groups loses tags

how can I avoid losing tags when dragging items from my library to shared groups and viceversa?

Edit -> Settings/Preferences -> General -> Scroll down to Groups -> "When copying items between libraries, include:" tick tags

it was ticked already ... however tagas are not copied. Do you have other ideas?

Can you try with a new item and verify that the transfer has removed the tags?
Dragging items to another library can fail without any warning if the item was already previously transferred there.
