Upgrade StorageAdd standalone Notes Templates
I am not sure whether someone mentioned it before or not.
Here is the thing, when we click add notes (Add Standalone Notes), it added one black notes. Sometime, I have some notes that usually have same formate to be added to different folders with just a little bit change. Let's name it <Note Template>, can Zotero add some feature like add Note template to one folder, it would be better if the user could add, edit, group or delete one template.
