repeat snapshots für missing or cancelled saved sites (or take new snapshot)

first saving snapshots in most cases works fine but sometimes it takes time.

so either save the site without snapshot to zotero or saving site to zotero with snapshot (but cancel it it with pressing while saving dialog is open - this seems to cancel taking snapshot) there is no snapshot in zotero library.

So I search for these 3 cases a way to get a way to take snapshot from an existing item:
- Saving site without snapshot
- Cancel the saving snapshot
- and if possible take further screenshot for added contents to the site to save the site history in snapshot (eventually this point is a feature request)

So is there way to take a snapshot later than on saving this site to zotero?
This could be an extension or java-script-snippet or something else, any hint are welcome.
