I upgraded my storage plan a few days before renewing the old one - how much will I pay?

Hi,

I was using the 6gb plan - which was going to be renewed in a few days - and upgraded to the unlimited plan but I'm confused as to how much this will cost. Will I have to pay 120$ for the few remaining days AND 120$ for the next year? I hope not.

    No, you'll get 1 year plus the prorated time left on the remaining plan, so if you had 10 days left at 6GB, 5 additional days at unlimited (which is twice the price).
    Edit: the expiration date on your subscription should reflect that, visible on https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage
