When I try to open my add-ons, it doesn't open anything

If you mean that you're not able to open Tools → Add-ons, hold down Shift (Windows) or Option (Mac) to launch Zotero in Safe Mode with all plugins disabled. You can then try disabling or uninstalling all plugins and re-enabling them one by one to determine if one is causing this problem.
