Zotero storage 83%, but the program says it's full.

The problem is pretty much described in the subject. I try to synchronize, and Zotero reports disk quota filled, while the website says it's 83.6% full. I checked manually whether I have any large files in the Zotero data directory that would not fit into the remaining space - the largest file was 2.1 Mb I think. So normally synchronization should go on until quota is filled up to 98% or so.
  • The next release, which will be out very soon, will identify the file that (supposedly) would put you over.

    If you're impatient, you can enable debug output logging and (if I recall correctly) search the output for "quota" to find the file in question.
