account creation problem

Hi Folks,

Searched to see if another discussion on problematic accts existed first so sorry if this new discussion is unnecessary. A staff member at my Uni created an account after upgrading to 2.0beta, username: n.wright. The "my Library' synched fine but any and all group libraries created would not synch to the local computer. Created a second account for the same person, username: NIW, using a different email address and everything works as expected. Can I request to have the 'n.wright' account deleted so that we can start again?
