Zotero not appearing in Word

mattpm1999

I have just created a Zotero account and downloaded Zotero onto my computer. It is not appearing in Microsoft Word, I have tried the troubleshoot suggestions but to no avail. It does not even appear in the Word "Add-Ins".

Any help would be gratly appreciated.
