Upgrade StorageTranslator request: Interspeech proceedings (isca-speech.org)
Interspeech, a conference run by ISCA, has a huge archive of conference proceedings that bundle short papers, each with a DOI and PDF. Pages for individual papers look like this:

The DOI on that page contains more metadata than the bibtex code also shown, so my proposal would be that a translator would rely on (i) getting the metadata from crossref and (ii) attaching the sole PDF on that page.
The DOI points straight to the canonical URL as given above. It seems that the PDF can be found by changing the .html of the page URL to .pdf:
https://www.isca-speech.org/archive/pdfs/interspeech_2023/kurata23_interspeech.pdf
I am not sure if that works for all years. Perhaps the safer assumption is that the sole PDF linked on the page is the PDF that should be attached to that item.
