May I get the attention to review this report issue? Failure to import the ris/bibTex file mid way.

    You're running a version of Zotero from over two years ago. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in years.

    In any case, Zotero 7, currently in beta, would probably fix this, but you can likely also just split your RIS/BibTeX files into multiple files before importing.
