Library/collection disappeard

Dear All,

I have been using Zotero for the last three years, today after I updated my computer I had to reinstall the app and all my library was gone, i tried to sync but was without any effect and I am quite desperate about. The account online does not have any sing of it, even if it always worked fine even for updates etc and I am quite worried I lost everything.

There's never been any data in the account you're posting from.

If you were syncing, it was with a different account.

Note, though, that an account and syncing aren't required to use Zotero, so it's entirely possible you were just using Zotero locally without syncing. If that's the case, and you deleted your data, your only option would be to restore from some backup you made of your Zotero data directory.
