Upgrade Storageerror ID 1101620189: zotero does not recognize citations in word text edited by word for mac

I am a Windows user,
I created a Word file with bibliography, and a colleague of mine worked on it using Zotero for Mac. I went back to work on the same file to continue the bibliography, but all the previous citations are treated as standard text. When I try to insert a citation, it makes me start over from number 1.
Steps to reproduce:
1-Open word (file with already citations)
2-open zotero
3-insert citation in text
4-insert citation : number 1
