Adjacent to the sync button, it popped up an error message:

Component returned failure code: 0x80520015 (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED) [nsIFile.remove]

The software was running very slow and laggy.
  • Be sure to say in the thread title when you're using the Zotero 7 beta.

    We've gotten a few reports of this and are investigating.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces this error?

    Are you running any third-party security software on this computer?
