Firefox connector breaks javascript on certain sites (Report ID: 610951252)

The Zotero Connector plugin in Firefox suddenly started breaking javascript functionality on discourse forums, specifically discourse.julialang.com.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable connector plugin
2. Head to discourse.julialang.com
3. Click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner: a search box should pop up
4. Enable connector plugin
5. Refresh discourse.julialang.com
6. Click the magnifying glass icon again: nothing happens

The dead search box is just one of many symptoms. I haven't checked carefully, but I believe the broken functionality all depends on javascript in some way. This includes logging in, opening profile and notification menus, automatic loading of further posts as you scroll down threads, et cetera.

I'm running Zotero Connector version 5.0.111, installed from https://www.zotero.org/download/

My machine runs Pop!_OS 22.04 with the following package versions installed from the pop-os repos:

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 116.0 (1:116.0~1690930389~22.04~4fb419c)
