iOS: highlighting in reader mode

Is it possible to highlight text in the easy reader mode? It’s time consuming to go back to the pdf mode and find where the line to highlight is.

That's currently not possible due to technical limitations in the reader view, sorry.

I would also appreciate the option to create highlights in Reader mode on the iPhone. I often read on my phone, and this feature would be a great addition because the text is much easier to read compared to PDF formatting.
