Enter data of (new) items: ItemBoxField notification

When entering data in the 'info' tab, the second input field is 'Editable Costum field'. Every time something is entered there a popup is shown with the message "Custom itemBox value is changed and saved to extra!". In the "extra" section, the data entered is then always preceded by the expression "ItemBoxFieldEditable:". This expression is unnecessary and therefore redundant and makes the whole thing cluttered.
How can I have this "this expression be removed?
