Tagged document content. Why are tags not visible to group members?

I highlighted some text in a document and added tags to these. The corresponding tags appear in the tag collection on the bottom left in my Zotero. However, other group members can only see the "document tags" (the tags assigned to documents as a whole), but not the "content tags" (the tags assigned to document content). What do I do wrong? Is it possible to share "content tags" too? Thanks for your help!

They should see them unless they're running an outdated (pre-6.0.14) version of Zotero.

Many thanks for your comment. They are using the online version. Is it not supported there?
