Turn off testing done by all plugins. The label at the bottom of the comment bar is incomplete.

What exactly is the problem? Could you make a bigger screenshot and draw on it what exactly is incomplete and how it should look like?

Normally the bottom tabs should all show up, but now the red area is obscured by the taskbar of the win system, and there is no scroll bar to show the tabs.

The same is true with all plugins turned off, and the screenshot is just for demonstration convenience
