Server error - 560697131

Hello,

I cannot access my account or library on Zotero. It also does not sync with Overleaf anymore.

I see this message when I try to access my Zotero library from browser:

Server Error

Something went wrong processing your request.

Overleaf gives this error: Access Denied: The remote service produced an error.

Can you please help as I was within a deadline for my research and just upgraded my Zotero storage so I don't think it was a storage problem.

  • I am also getting sync errors and from the web library:
    Error
    Unable to communicate with Zotero server. Please check your connection.
  • We're aware of some slowness/errors and are working to resolve it.
  • Does the slowness/errors also affect other sync options? I think I'm also experiencing this on my Zotero iPad app (synced via WEBDAV). Downloading the attachments is slow, and sometimes it even reports that the server is not verified.

    I am not able to access my library at all. It just displays the Zotero logo. I can access my profile and other parts of Zotero, just not the one I need to use for work this morning...

    Edit: Just popped up! I knew if I mentioned something, it would work again just to make a liar outta me.
