Problems with "Rename file from parent metadata"

Hi, I have been unable to rename a pdf file from parent metadata. I would click on it, but the name of the pdf doesn't change. I only started encountering this issue after updating to the newer version.

No, that's a misunderstanding. The file is being renamed — Zotero 7 just no longer unnecessarily changes the attachment title. And unless you're actually changing the metadata after saving, you don't need to be running that option manually. Zotero has always renamed all downloaded files automatically.

We'll be making some additional changes to make it clear that something is still happening when using the manual-rename option.
