Upgrade Storageuse for non-internet-enabled laptop
Hi! I am contacting you about a problem and I hope you can give me more information about it. How can I use zotero on a non-internet-enabled laptop for a person in custody and what limitations are there for the use of the software without internet (except the installation)? If I buy a storage upgrade for e.g. 6 GB, can I also use it in offline mode?
Our privacy policy is written quite clearly and documents every kind of network request that Zotero makes, so that should give you a good sense of most of the things that wouldn't work in a totally offline environment.
The biggest issue would just be that the Zotero Connector and all other metadata retrieval features wouldn't work, so all data entry would need to be done manually. But all organization, annotation, and citing features will work offline.
