Zotero not syncing with Research Rabbit

I've just started trying Research Rabbit and when I try to sync my libraries it only imports a few items from Zotero. I can't get it to import everything from a library. Has anyone got the solution please? I also often find that I have to manually enter articles because my shitty chromebook doesn't recognise when Zotero is open - are these two problems connected?
