Zotero 7 beta 33 highlight rendering error

I updated from Zotero 7 beta 28 to beta 33 and am seeing some rendering issues with highlights made prior to the update. See the below images. The iOS image shows what the page should look like.

This is using 7.0.0-beta.33+437e2bd92 (64-bit) on Linux.

I suspect these are huge annotation comment icons. The size of the icons is also not consistent across different PDFs.

1. Can you reproduce that for newly made annotations?
2. When those annotations were modified? You can see the date by hovering cursor on annotation page number in the sidebar.

Using beta 33, adding new annotations with comments results in icons with huge icons as well. What's interesting is new annotations made in the file with the "Huge" icons remain huge. New annotations made in the file with the "Large" icons remain large, and new annotations made in the file with the "Normal" icons remain normal.

The annotations in the "Huge" screenshot were modified on Aug 10, 2023.

The annotations in the "Large" screenshot were modified on Dec 5, 2021.

The annotations in the "Normal" screenshot were modified on Nov 17, 2021.

I noticed in some of these documents, the CropBox is not equal to the MediaBox. Not sure if that's relevant or not.

Here's an example PDF (should be open access):

I ran into the same problem. When I try to add a comment to an annotation, the PDF renders incorrectly. The problem occurs only with specific PDFs.
