Hoping for new feature: highlight and annotate in another page of the split view

Recently I've found that I can not annotate or highlight in another page of the split view in PDF reader of Zotero. Split view is a fascinating feature and it helps me a lot in reading. I really hope that I can highlight and annotate in any page of the split view. Please!
