Added new citations after paper was finished, now all other citations are messed up, how do I fix it
Hello,
I added a couple of citations in the middle of my paper not realizing that it messed up all of my other citations, for example, what was my citation #1 is now my #3 and so on (APA format). Since this change, I have added several other changes to my paper and lost track of all of the changes I have made since the citation issue. Now that I have realized the issue, is there anyway I can resolve it without having to seek an older copy of my paper?

adomasven Zotero TeamIf this is Word for Mac, and you can see it still happening, could you follow the last step of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents instructions and produce a snippet that reproduces this issue and send it to support@zotero.org? We have seen this a few times over the years and would like to fix it, since there isn't a way to reverse it. You will have to look for an older copy of the document or reinsert the citations.
