Automatically uploading papers from Zotero to ResearchGate (any plugin?)?

Hello, I would like to update my profile with my publications, which I have stored in Zotero, with all the detailed information.
I am interested whether I could somehow automatically link/upload/update my stored papers from Zotero to ResearchGate? Maybe there exists some plugin?
Or must I update all the papers one by one manually?
