renew my subscription

Hi everyone,
I received an email to renew my subscription. I am invited to click on a link
https://zotero.org/settings/storage, but I can't find where I can renew it...

I have the same problem. I received an e-mail warning me to renew, but when I log into my settings and go to storage, I see this:

But I'm supposed to see something like this: https://www.zotero.org/support/storage_institutions_faq

Please advise. I don't want to lose my libraries because I use Zotero every day!
