De-duplication and reporting in PRISMA
Hi everyone, brand new to zotero here.
I am conducting a SR and MA. I exported my final search results into zotero, separating them out into different databases. I have got total number of articles for each database (pubMed, Web of science etc). I have now also merged all duplicates from my duplicate folder. However when I scan through the database folders I can still see duplicates across the folders, I'm not sure a) not how de-duplication works on zotero as I thought merging the duplicates meant there wouldnt still be duplicates across the databases b) how would I then report duplicates in my PRISMA flowchart? was this the number that was in the duplicates folder before merging or the articles I currently see in the database folder c) if I see duplicate articles across my folders do I delete them or make a separate folder and report this in my PRISMA flowchart?
I want to be thorough in what I am doing and to make sure I'm doing it right, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Tell me if you find a solution, thank you.
I strongly recommend making a new group library for each systematic review that is kept separate from your other libraries, to facilitate this sort of counting and analysis.
