Zotero 7 Beta -- Create Note from Annotations not a child of EPUB

I added notes and highlighted text in an EPUB document, which worked fine. When I chose to "Create Note from Annotations," it created the note with the items properly pulled in. But it did not put the new note as a child of the EPUB record as it does with PDFs. The EPUB also will not allow a child note to be attached.

It needs to have a parent item. It's the same as with PDF files.
