Working fine on laptops but can't login to iOS version on phone

I use Zotero between two different laptops without a problem. Just installed the standalone on my phone and I keep being told my username or password are wrong. They aren't - I have entered them both manually (very carefully) and using the saved ones that log me in fine to my laptop versions.

But then, suddenly, I seem to get into my folders. I haven't been able to work out how to replicate this.

And then, when I'm in there, I try to open a pdf saved into Zotero on the laptop - which should be synced to the phone - and I get nothing.

  • You entered the wrong username/password too many times and were temporary blocked. After the block expired, you were able to log in.
