upgrade storage payment failed

is anyone else having issues with their storage subscription? Mine was set to auto renew 1 Aug, but didn't.

And then when I entered in the payment info agin, it was accepted, payment completed noting "success", but it has failed to upgrade the storage and from what I can tell at the moment, hasn't actually debited my account.

Anyone else having this issue or something similar?
  • This isn't a general problem. It looks like your account ended up in an unexpected state when the new payment details were entered. Your subscription is active again and it should renew tomorrow with the new payment details.
