Word/Zotero completely unresponsive

Hi,

without any changes made to the system the Word Plugin for Zotero does not work at all.
Zotero and Word are running. When clicking on any of the buttons in the Zotero menu the system switches to Zotero but nothing else happens. No "add citation" diaogue is opening up, nor does the "document preferences". In existing documents no "refresh" is happening.

in Zotero's cite preferences the list of styles is empty though all style files are in the right folder /Users/username/Zotero/styles.

When I try to add an additional file an error message is popping up, saying
"An unexpected error occurred while installing .csl file"

I am using Zotero 6.0.26 on a Mac with OSX 13.5 (22G74) and Microsoft Word Version 16

Restart Zotero and Word and try again, if that doesn't help reset styles from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. If you're still having trouble, provide a Report ID.

Problem seemed to be solved .. but is back again now (see also https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/106619/styles-in-cite-preference-pane-is-empty-all-styles-disappeared#latest)

If you have any plugins installed, you should disable them all.

Beyond that, we'd need a Report ID to say any more.

But that's with many extensions still enabled, and tons of errors from them.
