Zotero Integration Error, when adding a citation a blank Microsoft Word Page; Report ID 1615342919

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was trying to test adding a citation of a blank page in Microsoft Word Processor. When I clicked "Add/Edit Citation", a pop-up appeared, "Zotero Integration Error: Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?" Then I clicked "OK" and perused the webpage.

I then tried all the possible suggestions to fix the error:
1. Restarted both Zotero Desktop and Microsoft Word.
2. Reinstall the add-on via Zotero Desktop.
3. Manually install the add-on.
4. Restarted my laptop.
5. I uninstalled my Zotero version 6.026 and installed the beta version 7.

OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language, version 22H2, Build 19045.3208.

    Go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word to confirm that Zotero is gone completely, close Word, and try reinstalling the plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero 7 settings. If you don't see the toolbar when you restart Word, reinstall it manually.

    If you still get an error at that point, provide another Report ID.
