timeout error while syncing

    I keep getting a timeout error while syncing. The report ID is 1616683554. This means I can't sync the results of work done on one computer to the standalone app on another one. Would be much obliged if you could help resolve this issue.

    As I said in the other thread, we need a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers this.
