Zotero not Syncing across computers

My primary computer is disabled, so I switched to a newer Mac computer. I then discovered that my Zotero Web library was not, and still will not syn with either my old nor my new computer. I now have 3 different libraries with different content which is exceedingly cumbersome. Suggestions on how to remedy this?
