Upgrade StorageZotero keeps getting stuck when I try to cite

Whenever I try to cite within Google Docs, Zotero seems to freeze. The blue line on the bar goes a certain way and then stops. There have been various messages about Zotero updating, but it doesn't go any further. I have also had messages about not being able to perform a task because a particular tab on Chrome has closed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Zotero and the Chrome extension. Nothing seems to be working.

If you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from the Zotero Connector for an attempt that fails.
