A Full Citation for Each and Every Source
Does anyone here know if there is a style that will provide a full citation (including author, title, and date) for each and every source cited in your document.
I am aware that there is a "NO IBID" version of Chicago Manual of Style in the Repository Menu. What's great about this particular version of CSM is that it will take out the ibid and replace it with an abbreviated version of the citation including the author and the title.
Unfortunately, the date won't appear in a repeat reference to the same source. A full and complete citation will only appear for the very first time that the source is cited. Its more information than getting a simple "ibid" but its not enough for my purposes.
I am writing a document that is highly dependent on newspaper sources. As such, I need to cite the exact date for each and every citation. Has anyone here found a template style that provides a full citation for each and every source regardless of whether or not it was already cited earlier in the document. I know that its not customary to do this for journal publications. But it would really help me do my research. Much thanks! There must be a historian who understands my dilemmas here.
