Automatically change two author "(A & B, 2019)" into "A and B (2019) in a sentence

Hello all,
I am using APA 7th style, and I would like to cite an article with two authors.
What I get from Zotero is: "According to (Buss & Perry, 2019) ...."
What I want is: "According to Buss and Perry (2019) ..."
Does anyone know how to automatically change "&" into "and" when citing an article with two authors using APA 7th style?

For now, customize the citation, use Omit Author, and retype the authors. See "Narrative Citations with Omit Author":

An automated solution for this that would avoid retyping and change the "&" automatically is planned but not yet available.
