Zotero 7 - Cannot move tabs on Ubuntu 23.04

After opening multiple PDF viewers in tabs in the Zotero window, I would like to reorganize them by dragging them left or right. If I click and hold on the tab title and try to move it, a "+" appears with arrows on the 4 extremities of the lines. Moving right or left does not make the tab move. Moving down triggers the whole Zotero window to be minimized or moved.
