Problem connecting to webdav.4shared.com (Report ID : 18122964)

Hi

I was able to connect to WebDAV server with my company computer without any problem, but when trying to connect with my personal computer I got the following message : "The server webdav.4shared.com could not be reached."

The debug output indicate :
(1)(+0008487): HTTP OPTIONS https://user@gmail.com:********@webdav.4shared.com/zotero/ failed with status code 0

(2)(+0000001): Channel status was 2152398861

(1)(+0000006): The server webdav.4shared.com could not be reached.

(1)(+0002622): WebDAV verification failed

Any idea what could be the problem ? (I'm on Windows 11)

Zotero can't connect to your WebDAV server. You'd have to ask them for help, use a different WebDAV provider, or use Zotero Storage.

I was able to solve the problem by using my phone as a hotspot to connect my computer to the internet instead of using the wifi directly.
No idea why it worked though, but I'm relieved anyway.
