Working on Mac Monterey version 12.4.
The PDF viewer is incredibly slow when scrolling through PDFs and switching between papers. It takes a couple seconds each time to load when scrolling through papers and switching between PDFs.

dstillmanThat's not normal, but it could happen if you're viewing large PDFs with huge scanned images — in that case, one option would be to reprocess them outside of Zotero. The Zotero 7 beta PDF reader should be much faster.
